Linda Lua has founded The GROWTH IMPACT, a coaching and consulting company, to add value to individuals and organisations in two areas that she is passionate about.

Linda is the Director of The Growth Impact and holds the Professor Emerita title at The University of Queensland. She was formerly the Founding Director of the Protein Expression Facility in Australia and previously served as the Director of Researcher Development at The University of Queensland.

Linda is deeply committed to improving the accessibility and affordability of drugs, vaccines, and diagnostics for those most in need. She believes in putting people at the heart of everything and finds joy in nurturing the development of future leaders.

Her leadership philosophy has been shaped through practice. She has a proven track record in building successful organisations and leading high-performing teams, always focused on creating environments where people can thrive. Linda is also a Certified Coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, further enhancing her ability to empower others and help them reach their full potential.
